Our team led the project through all key stages — from initial planning and architectural design to full-scale construction and finishing. We began with concept development, detailed site layout, and structural planning to ensure a strong foundation. This was followed by complete structural framing of the plaza’s commercial units. We then carried out full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations that meet modern commercial standards. Insulation and waterproofing systems were integrated to enhance year-round energy efficiency and long-term durability. Finally, we completed all interior and exterior finishes, giving the plaza a clean, modern, and professional appearance.
