On behalf of Mech Arm Group Inc., I would like to thank you for your continued support of us.

I’m often asked what is the Mech Arm Group’s main strength and distinguishing feature more than twenty-three years after its creation. Without a doubt, the Group’s main strength is having people who share the same culture and robust values, and that it can count on stable clientele – Mech Arm Group and its employees, who are very much involved in the conduct of its business. This is what enables us to meet challenges with a long-term vision.

Three priorities guide our strategies and actions.
They are to:

Satisfy our customers and retain their loyalty, since this is the reason for our existence. Designed with our partners, our innovative services must help them meet the major challenges of today over the long term, whilst making life better every day for as many people as possible.

Conduct our business with respect for all our clients and create value for our employees and clients.

Maintain a healthy financial situation and a reasonable level of debt to continue independent decision-making in all circumstances. Furthermore, the diversification of our activities helps cushion the impact of the difficulties that some may experience from time to time.

To mark a new chapter for Mech Arm Group, we continue to work on new challenges and responsibilities, and this new journey brings about new expectations and milestones. By shouldering the corporate mission of “expanding a happy living environment” and adhering to the core value of “quality assurance and value creation” and the enterprise spirit of “integrity, innovation, transcendence and win-win”, Mech Arm Group continues to deepen the reform, constantly drives the innovation, strives to make up the shortfall, and makes efforts to build a world-class enterprise with global competitiveness, so as to strive for excellence for its development in the new era.
